Stupid toe crack!

Yep im toe taping. I go to the pool weekly and wear water shoes. Barefoot is only possible for around 10 hours a day so Im stuck with sweaty feet (socks and shoes EVERYDAY!! No sandles) I will have to look for crack cream next time Im at the store. Right now I tried some Mupirocin cream that I had from when my hand was cracked and swollen. The crack dosent hurt so bad now

My DS gets those - he is a lifeguard and spends hours upon hours standing in chlorinated water. We have found the best & cheapest solution is we put Desitin (regular, not creamy) on the cracks before bed and he sleeps with cotton socks on over the Desitin. Works like a charm

I second Crack Cream. And plain old vaseline is good too.

I mix vaseline and Neosporing(generic brand). I used to get them all the time and they wouldn't heal. Now IF I get one, it's gone in a day or two with this treatment. Mine were because I stopped wearing shoes and my feet dried out.
I moisturize now. Also, drink a lot of water because your feet are dehydrated.

There is a thing that's skin crack care. You can find it by the bandaids and stuff in most grocery stores. It comes ina thing like nail polish. It paints on. I actually think it's krazy glue, but it seals the crack and makes it hurt less.

I use that during the day and then at night I slather on A&D ointment and put socks on and usually within a day or two, it's healed. Then it's quite important to keep your feet well lotioned at all times.
