Stupid simple question about multipass LL

Staying at Animal Kingdom- Kidani Lodge and just can't wrap my head around this:
We're staying 9/8-9/14 and I know you can book LL seven days out. But I've seen conflicting information about exactly what day I can start booking them. I keep seeing seven days before your check in date or seven days from your check in date. So would it be on 9/1 or would it be on 8/31.

7 days before, so 9/1
 
If you go to your MDE and try to book a LL right now it won’t let you but it’ll will say when exactly you can. Our first day (check-in) is next Sunday, Sep1 and my opening to book all our LLs was today at 7am. I think for me it’ll be easier to think of it by days of the week. So if our check-in is Sunday, our LLs can be booked 1 Sunday before.

If you go to your MDE and try to book a LL right now it won’t let you but it’ll will say when exactly you can. Our first day (check-in) is next Sunday, Sep1 and my opening to book all our LLs was today at 7am. I think for me it’ll be easier to think of it by days of the week. So if our check-in is Sunday, our LLs can be booked 1 Sunday before.
We do not arrive until November 30th and ours shows the same, September 1st.
 
I'm so glad you asked this question. I wondered the same thing as I've seen it written both ways. I have an alarm set on my phone for 2 different back to back days in November. I figure I rather be a day early and not be able to do anything than a day late and not be able to get anything :D
 
If you are staying on property and arrive on a Saturday, you will be able to book at 7AM EST the Saturday before you arrive.

If you arrive on a Sun you will be able to book the Sun before, etc.
 
Correct, you won’t see it until early November.

I can see all the way to September 16 and while it appears that I can purchase by clicking any of the Day links, Select My park and then scroll down and Select "Continue". It provides a summary but clearly indicates that no members of my Group are eligible. This is expected since I don't have any active tickets.

Try to click "Continue" and it should fail when your Group is selected. Let us know what happens.

This is info everybody can see . Ive been looking ahead since this thing came out just for fun and to get an idea on pricing. Yet, i am not eligible to book until this Sunday. If i try to make selections it will tell me my party individuals are not eligible, as Dave stated above.

If you don’t have tickets associated to your account, you are not eligible to book. If you attempt to proceed with booking you will see that you cannot proceed if you don’t have eligible tickets.
