I think after researching I am going to go with Adobe photoshop Elements for the Macintosh. BUT here is my stupid question because I really have no idea what I'm doing.
I have looked at some websites with free downloads and some with "packets" you can purchase. If you purchase a packet that has 16 pages can you only use each page once? I would assume that one of the selling points of digital scrapbooking is that you can use stuff more than once.
