Stupid question..is OKW 'Officially' LBVR?

So, I'm looking over the papers that came with my direct purchase and there is this little chunk called "Disney Vacation Club Multi-Site Public Offering Statement". It looks like resorts were added in order of them coming on board as Aulani is last, VGC is next to last and so on. First however, is what is called Lake Buena Vista Resort (1510 N Cove Rd, Lake Buena Vista FL)..then next on the list is Vero Beach. Is this the official name of OKW? Confused.

The official name name in my purchase paperwork is "The Disney Vacation Club Resort." 1510 North Cove Road is the address of Old Key West, though. Lake Buena Vista may have been an early working name for Old Key West, but I'm guessing they dropped it so as not to be confused with the then cash resort, the Disney Village Resort and Lake Buena Vista Golf Course and Club House. The Disney Village Resort became The Disney Institute which, of course, became Saratoga Springs.
