Stupid PIN question

If I want to book online, is there a way to put in my PIN? Do I go ahead & hit the "book now" button & once I go through there, put in the PIN? Or do I have to call to book with the PIN?

Some people who have received pins via email say that they have had links to book through. I received my pin via email with no link so I did have to call. I would say you're most likely going to have to call. I called early afternoon and got right through.

And I had a link one time with an email PIN and it didn't price with the PIN. It just gave rack rate. The mailed PINs have no online access either. There's always a phone number that will ask for the PIN number in my experience.

We went through the book now option in our email. Everything went through under our pin. We got nervous about booking it online so we called the number and spoke to someone. The pin rate we had online was the exact same as the one she quoted on the phone.
