So. Two nights ago I was awoken by the dreaded whine of a mosquito. It settled on my hand, which then batted it away. After an hour of circling, it gave up.
The next night, having failed to find the creature, I sprayed my room in repellant. The expensive stuff, that smells of lemons. Surely nothing could survive that? I barely could!
So what happened last night?
DAMN THING BIT ME!
ON THE ANKLE!
How did it even get to my ankle? It was under the sheets! And no, there are no mozzies living under my sheets.
I'm all for compassion to all living things, but srsly, if I find the thing, I'm gonna skoosh it.
