Stupid ? From 1st Time Limo User

This is our first trip that we don't need to rent a car so we have have reserved Golden Limo. Will someone please tell me how this process works? Should I contact Golden Limo to verify details before we leave? How do we find our driver? If it is Jimmy, I will recognize him from a picture that was previously posted of him (thank you Ducklite!), but where do I look for him? Are the drivers usually there waiting for you? This is all new to me and I am worried that something will go wrong because of something on my end. TIA

I was nervous the first time we used limo services. However, not to worry - the driver is usually at the bottom of the escalator leading to your baggage area. He/she will be holding a sign with your name on it. It might take a few seconds to peruse the various drivers waiting there all holding signs. This will be our 3rd time doing the town car service. It is excellent - you get to your resort in 30 minutes or so.
