Stupid Fridge!

Grr!

Stupid fridge! I made myself a nice lunch today for work (been too busy to try and run out to grab lunch)....a peanut butter/jelly sandwich, raw broccoli and carrots with ranch dressing, a banana and an apple....threw them all into the fridge...AND THE FRIDGE FROZE THEM ALL SOLID! Yikes! Someone set the temperature too high this weekend, so now all of my food is like a popsicle. Sigh!

Oh well. Maybe my lunch will take me longer to eat this way

To make you feel better, my mil did this to my wedding flowers 22 or so years ago. She put them into a fridge that sat outside and they froze overnight.

Yikes! What did you do for flowers??

Luckily my mom's best friend was a florist and they looked tons better than what the original florist did.

Well, the carrots and apple thawed enough where I could eat those. The peanut butter sandwich was "hard"; the broccoli had funky hard ends; the banana was almost BLACK from being frozen and then thawing! Oh well. I'll just have to eat meaty ziti when I get home

I'm having a quick supper and going shopping again.

Wish I could go shopping I had a sort of bad morning. My car wouldn't start, then that credit card problem surfaced. Then I found out I was working a 9 hour shift by myself. At least when I go home, I can RELAX!!!
