Stupid Bath and Body rant

Has anyone else bought the new style antibacterial soap? The bottle is pear/teardrop shaped.
I thought the new bottles looked really nice, but they drip. So soap is dripped down the side and looks like crap.

I haven't seen them. I hope all the antibacterial soaps are not placed in these new containers!

I haven't bought that so can't say one way or the other BUT I have a rant of my own. Tried to replace the refill in the 'Wallflower' the other day and could NOT get it undone to place inside! Even tried pliers..all they did was mark up the neck of the scent bottle but still not open it! I tried everything..

I had the same problem! My husband finally got it open with pliers, but it was even a struggle for him!

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but were you all going against the maxim "righty tighty, lefty loosey?" Wallflowers screw in backwards, for reasons best known to B&BW. I used to see customers struggling with them all the time in the store when they were trying to sniff them before they bought, but there are some that are just impossible to open for some reason.

And @ the OP, what I heard was that they were testing the new design for the antibac bottles in select stores, but apparently have decided not to go with it going forward. All of the new fragrances that they've come out with for fall/winter are in the traditional bottles (well, except for the seasonal figural bottles, of course), so you won't have to put up with drippy bottles forever.

my B&BW antibac soaps have always dripped. i wouldn't know what to do with one that didn't, lol.

I had the same problem! My husband finally got it open with pliers, but it was even a struggle for him!

I can NEVER get them open.

I would return the soap and the wallflower - they'll replace both.
