stunt show at MGM

Seen a preview for it it March. I was not all that impressed. My DH and DS liked it but felt there was a little to much down time.

I have seen it several times. Now that it is "live" instead of previews there shouldn't be any lags. Great show.

We saw this show last week and thought it was excellent. I think it is well worth the time! Those stunt people do a great job!

I'm not a huge fan of stunt shows to begin with, but it was OK.

We used a fastpass in late-April, though the stadium is HUGE and we didn't really need it, though at peak times you probably would. The set has a nice French village backdrop, but most of the show consists of a small red car being chased in a choreographed/synchronized manner by a bunch of small black cars. Like I said, it was just OK (as Randy Jackson would say on American Idol). There were some pyrotechnics and a shooting scene with the traditional man gets shot and falls off the roof bit. Some car jumps/ramps also.

The seats are metal bench seats, as in not too comfortable.

I would try it if it fits your schedule or if you love stunt shows, but it wasn't a highlight for us. I would have rather given it another go at Millionaire, I made it to #2, just missing the hot seat!

We saw it last Tuesday at the 2:15 p.m. show. It was done well, however, it is a LONG ways to walk for those who are physically challenged. DH had decided it would be his first day to not use the wheelchair due to burst acl/torn meniscus. He should have waited one day. The CM kept yelling at us to move to the TOP and way over because we were stopping to give him a rest. It was a challenge and I was a bit ticked. We should have used the w.c. I know, I know, but . . .

We saw it in preview last month and thought it was great! Looking forward to seeing it again in July! :)

I went to the actual premiere on Wednesday and LOVED it - I know the men in my life will really enjoy it!! I liked it a lot more than Indiana Jones

One woman there had seen a preview and said there was a lot of down time but not for the preview!!!

i saw it on Thursday. Saw the first show of the day and queued in the standby lane. Got great seats in the middle half way up but the show wasnt great. very dull, devoid of humor, and the seats are way too cramped. I was glad when it was over. Sure the guys work hard but there is nothing spectacular and I prefered the Indy Jones show.

Intersting fact: during the show they reveal that the bad cars are opal corsas and the good guy car is custom built. Later I took the backlot tour and we were shown a backlot containing cars and told some Red Pontiac GTOs in the lot were used in the stunt show. Does anyone know if they were used and changed or why the guy might have got confused?

My wife and daughter saw it on a trip last month. My 10 year old daughter declared it "sweet."

We had fastpasses for the 2:15 show on Tuesday. The show was good. Had a long high climb to the seats we sat 3 rows from the top. LOTS OF STEPS. The fan behind us was not working and it was very warm. Very uncomfortable seats and cramped.

Here's my thought: if you are a fan of NASCAR and/or car chase scenes in movies, you will probably like it. I don't like either, so while I thought it was well done, I was bored out of my mind after about ten minutes (the show is about 35 minutes long).

YMMV!!!
