stumped! Askershus/Garden Grill

I would love to go to one of these for dinner... any opinions? I need to have atleast one more character dining experience. I already have a CRT, so should I opt for Garden Grill?

We were also trying to chose between the two. We went for Garden Grill because we were already doing 1900 Park Fare so we would already be seeing a princess. I also prefered the GG menu.

I vote for Garden Grill. It's a great experience all the way around. Good, fresh food brought to your table. Good character interaction and a change from princesses!

We love eating at Askershus, we ate at Garden Grill once and plan on that one again. Like them both but Garden Grill has some really good food and the interaction was amazing, they took time to feed the babies when we were there, nothing like Chip or Mickey shoving macaroni and cheese in a young ones mouth, very cute.

Yeah, think I am going to book Garden Grill. Already doing the princess thing... and who doesnt love Chip and Dale?

I thought this was a buffet??

Nope, not a buffet. The food is served family-style. Platters are brought to your table of each item and you can get more of what you like. Personally, with 3 small kids, I avoid buffet character meals. I hate trying to coordinate getting food with catching the characters and trying to photograph the interaction. Way too hectic for me, especially for the $$!

The Garden Grill is very quiet, and my kids love looking over the side to see the Land ride.

YAY!! I got a ressie for 7:45pm at the Garden Grill
Exactly what I was looking for!

Cant wait! Gonna spend the day at DTD/BBB and then head to Epcot for dinner and possibly some of Illuminations!

thanks for the suggestions and help! I am kinda glad we can just sit in our seats. Your right, a buffet with kids and characters does get confusing.
