Studios Restaurant contact info needed

I am trying to locate the name and address of who is in charge of restaurants at MGM studios - and additionally the person in charge of Hollywood and Vine. Would anyone know what or where to find this?

My family had a extremely bad experence with a waitress at this restaurant last week, and I am including this event in a letter to Disney management (we were also treated very poorly at a disney resort).

I would like to cc the person in charge of restaurants at MGM and the restaurant manager itself.

Usually, you just have to contact Guest Services and they will forward your email on to the proper person. You can do that though the WDW website. Sorry you had a bad experience though.

Well, the food was good, the service was not. Here's a portion of my letter - suggestions for revisions welcome:

On February 17th 2006 my family had a 4:10pm advanced reservation (#37927774) for the Fantasmic! Dinner Package at Hollywood and Vine Restaurant. We were a party of 3 adults and 1 child. The waitress at our table, Crissy, was slow and became very nasty. Although the food was good, the meal quickly became a disaster.

While pouring coffee Crissy spilled it on my mother. Although she stared at the spill, she did not offer to assist in cleaning up and did not apologize. Instead Crissy gave my mother a dirty look and rolled her eyes when my mom told her she had spilled coffee on her leg.

When my mother asker her for an apology – pointing out that she could have been hurt (not mentioning that her pants were ruined) Crissy responded with a hostility that shocked us. Her responses were “so what, you weren’t hurt” and “fine I apologize-happy now” and she walked away.

During the remainder of the meal (which was brief, we couldn’t wait to get away from such a nasty person) each time Crissy had to visit our table she would reach directly across my mother’s face – difficult to do since my mother was seated on the inside next to the wall. As she put the check on our table Crissy came within an inch of hitting my mother in the nose. We all sat there completely baffled by this behavior.
