I believe we left off with us leaving DHS and making our way to Boardwalk for Dinner.
We took the boat over. I think it is a lot more fun than taking bus, even though I missed those bus fumes
Once we got there, we had to wait a little while for my Bil, his friend and our niece to show up.
The hostess was kind enough and let us check in before everyone was there.
We were a party of 6, so she was about to lead us to a larger table when she saw someone was seated there, a party of two
The hostess went back up to the podium and asked the other girl, why they were there?
She said they must have moved themselves because I sat them somewhere else.
So we watched from the window while she went and told them they had to move..They were none too pleased
But come on, How could they think it was fair for a party of 2 to take up a table that is meant for 6 people
Once the rest of our party got there, we all ordered.
I believe some of us got Meatloaf and mashed potatos maybe. Steve got ribs I think. I got cheeseburger and Trent got grilled cheese of course
I have to say this was best meal of the entire trip. Great food, good service and just an overall nice experience.
Steve decided to get Beer Sample for fun.

He did not finish it all, but a few people tried some.
While we were there, felt someone come up from behind us
It was John(1gr8mouse) from earlier in our trip.
We had no idea he was there. We all chatted it up a bit. Before he left we asked him to have some of the beer sampler, but he declined. I guess he had some of his own at his own table he had to finish first
After we were done dinner, we went out on the boardwalk as there was a man doing a show.
I swore I took pictures, but can't find any.
His name was Carlos. He was so funny. He had this accent that cracked us up and he was pretending to swallow swords and juggling very sharp objects.
A lot of kids volunteered. He asked Trent, but he was too shy
Eventually by the end, when most of crowd was done, Trent did get to help. He had so much fun
SO if you are ever on the boardwalk, make sure you stop and see Carlos
Trent decided he had to pee and of course I had no clue where the closest bathroom was.
I asked someone, but could not find it.
I finally ran him to Yacht Club.
My god, that place is huge
We had to take the elevator to find the bathroom. After Trent was done, I took him to wash his hands. It was so nice. They had real hand towels. They were so nice and fluffy.
After we were done there, we headed back to our group.
We said good bye to everyone. Then Steve, myself and Trent got back on the boat to go to DHS.
They were having EMH and we wanted to see some Osborne lights.

Kelly you should have taken Trent back into Big River Grille! I'm sure they would not have had a problem with you going back in to use the restroom. Actually I wish I'd have been there cause I would have said take him to ESPN club -- there are TV's in the bathroom! He would have loved it! LOL

After that we made our way back to Osborne Lights.
I believe the park was open until 11 and we got back about 10:15pm
It was great timing and all crowds were gone by now
We had so much fun. They had Christmas music playing and Trent was dancing around. Okay, Me too
The custodial staff were doing electric slide. You could tell they were having so much fun. It was so nice to watch them
I am going to post a bunch of Osborne Lights Pics now. I will just let them speak for themselves

Kelly you should have taken Trent back into Big River Grille! I'm sure they would not have had a problem with you going back in to use the restroom. Actually I wish I'd have been there cause I would have said take him to ESPN club -- there are TV's in the bathroom! He would have loved it! LOL

It was a lot of beer and he didnt finish it nor come close
He was fine
I tried the pale one. I am not a beer drinker, but had to try. I didnt' like it.
I just don't understand how people like that stuff

While Trent and I were in the arcade, Steve went up to the front desk to talk to them about our room
He explained to them about the "crap" in our tub and how we were told it was cleaned up.
He told them it had just been cleaned and not fixed as promised as it has happened again.
He showed them the pics and they were grossed out.
He told them he wanted to be moved. They said Pop was completely full, but they would move us.
After a few mins, she told him they had a preferred room at All Star Sports
Well this did not fly with Steve. We had two nights left and were not going to pack up our entire to room to move laterally.
I don't mean to sound like a snob, but I am sure you can relate. After having been in your room for a few days, it gets filled with souvenirs and you have all your own stuff all over resort. That is a lot of work to clean it up.
She is saying sorry that is all we have. He goes Okay, not sure what I am going to do with these pictures. I really enjoy facebook. Maybe everyone on facebook would like to see them. Yeah, that is great idea.
He began to get louder and guest checking in, were trying to see his pictures. Steve never yelled, as that is not his style.
But he just raised his voice to let them know he means business.
They wanted him to quiet down and not scare other guests, so she said she would grab a manager and see what they could do.
Well, what do you know, they suddenly have more rooms on property......

SARATOGA SPRINGS, CAROUSEL SECTION, IN A SUITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When Steve told me we were being moved there, I about fell over
We had to run back to our room and pack it all up. I have never packed so fast in my life.
While we were packing, maintenance was there fixing our tub. I guess they finally decided to fix it
Once we had all room packed up, we had to race down to the lobby meet the manager.
We were being personally escorted over to the resort in one of their Disney DVC Vans.
Once we got there, getting thru security was like Fort Knox.
She was in Disney Van, in a Disney uniform and had disney nametag.
Yet, she still had to show her ID and ours, to get us thru
When we got there, she took us into lobby and Concierge took over.
That place was gorgeous. The CM checking us in was so nice.
He went and got a balloon for Trent, a real nice Pirate one. He had us all checked in within mins and gave us new room keys.
Then he took us over to bellhop and he threw all our luggage on his golf cart and literally drove us right up to our door which was a hike from lobby.
He took all our suitcases in and asked if we needed anything.
What a difference from Pop. I felt like a movie Star

I will drink it occasionally, but the only time I truly truly enjoy beer is when I'm on the Mardi Gras float. For some reason it just tastes better when I am riding. I don't know why.
Guess the spirt from Mardi Gras makes it taste better

and you would be AMAZED at how good a cold Walmart chicken finger and ranch dressing tastes after you've been on a float throwing beads and drinking for a few hours.

They were all taken from our balcony. It was so cool seeing that fountain or Geyser, not sure what you call it from our room. So pretty

That rocks......no excuse for that crap in your tub.......its a sewer backup, just greasey stuff, must have been in a low spot in your area of the building....they need to roto rooter the pipes........
