Studios Bag

I'm designing a canvas bag with a Studios theme.
Here are some pictures:

I have 3D fabric paint from walmart. The only trouble is that I can't seem to think what to do?

Should I:
A.) Outline in Black paint
B.) Outline in Corresponding Color Paint to the colors

I am also thinking about filling in the Yellow with the 3D paint and then outlining the rest.

What do you think?

I like a black outline. I think it gives it definition.

I already outlined it with corresponding colors. If i do decide to do another bag I'll outline it in black.
