Hi Disfriends!

Like so many of you, we had to cancel our long awaited WDW trip at the end of March this year. It was going to be a terrific spring break trip to celebrate DS's high school graduation. At first, I was super excited to reschedule our end of March/beginning of April trip for this summer or possibly during the kids' Christmas break this year. Now, as things have unfolded with COVID-19, and with the uncertainties around when WDW will open, I'm thinking we'll work to reschedule our trip to summer of 2021.

We had a Poly studio cash booking through WDW. DH, DS18, DS15, and I need three sleep surfaces, and we need two showers, so the Poly seemed fit our needs (I know the bathrooms in this configuration only provide one toilet. While two toilets would be awesome, we really need two showers. DS18 is a shower hog!)

To help cheer myself up, I'm starting to think about what we might want to book for our summer 2021 trip. I'm wondering if I've done all my research correctly, so I need a little help. I'm looking for either a studio or a one bedroom villa for a cash booking, that has three sleep surfaces and two bathrooms. The "split bathroom" like the Poly studio with the two showers/one toilet is fine. We need the two sinks and two showers, not bathtubs. Is the list below a complete list of the studios/one bedrooms on property that have these things?

Poly studio
Grand Floridian studio
Bay Lake Tower one bedroom
Animal Kingdom Kidani one bedroom

Have I missed any other on property studios or one bedrooms that have three sleep surfaces and two showers? Thanks so much for your help!

P.S. I can never find a price listing for Grand Floridian studio villas on the WDW website. They are always listed as not available. Is this because they are only booked via DVC points and are not readily available for cash bookings? If there are GF studios available for cash bookings, what's the best way to go about getting one?

Thanks so much for your advice!

The studios at RIV have the split bath set up as well. The studios at VGF are gone quickly so I have a feeling there are never times of the year you will see them for cash.

@Sandisw Thank you for your quick response! Do the RIV studios have three sleep surfaces? Also, are the GF studios gone quickly because they are all set aside for points bookings, or are they able to be booked for cash but just snapped up quickly?

best price, a 1 BR at AK-K standard view. King bed, queen sleeper, twin sleeper, 2 full baths, full kitchen, washer and dryer... If really lucky a std view 1 BR at BLT, same set up, just a bit smaller foot print.

Yes, RIV has three sleeping surfaces, like the ones at Grand, I think most studios at a VGF never make it to cash bookings,

AKV concierge do and I've seen VGF studios the odd time or two I've been looking at cash. As DVC reiterated to me a couple of times when I complained about them putting both AKV concierge and value into the cash bookings DVC has the right to every single type of room just like every other owner. They do seem to have kept Boardwalk view and standard view out of it as well as VGC but that's all I'm aware of.
