Studio rent questions

I have a few questions..

When you rent points for Beach Club studio rooms are they the rooms with the mini-frig and extra seating area? or are they the standard room without these features.

They are DVC studios. They have a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker. 1 queen bed & 1 double sofabed.
