Studio Plus - how far from WDW?

saw info about this hotel in an earlier thread but i have some additional questions. How far is this from WDW? (I"ve been to WDW lots but never Universal or Sea World!) And exactly how is the pool there - just a regular run-of-the-mill hotel/motel pool, or nicer? Free breakfast at all? Thank you!

There are two Studio Plus locations in Orlando, one on International Drive and one on Major Blvd., near Universal Orlando. The I-Drive location has rates starting at $289 a week, the Major Blvd location has rates starting at $329 a night.

I am familiar with the Major Blvd location. The rooms are very nice and the kitchen exceptionally well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The pool is small. If you want to save a little money, you can stay at the Extended Stay America location, just a short walk away (owned by the same company). If you stay there you can use the Studio Plus pool, but Extended Stay is not really suitable for more than 2 people to a room.

No breakfasts (unless things have changed), but the kitchen makes it possible to make your own at considerable savings. There is a Publix supermarket just a short drive away.

As to distance from WDW, it's a pretty straight run down I-4. Without traffic, I would estimate 30 minutes or less.
