I Have Standard Room CL Booked At AKL Now What I'm Wondering Is Would A Studio Be Better How Much Extra Is A Studio?? Anyone Stayed In A Studio?? If So Is It MUCH Different To A Standard Room??

If you have a standard club level room, stick with that instead of a studio, you are much more likely to have a great Arusha Savanna view (currently, and until construction of Kidani is finished, all club level rooms NOT IN THE VILLAS are Arusha Savanna.) The studios are spread throughout the resort and some of them face the Kidani Village construction and YES they are being sold as Savanna view rooms and YES you can see and hear the construction. The studios are great, don't get me wrong, I'm a DVC member and usually end up in one, but at DAKL you really want a great view and getting a standard club level room on the lodge side (instead of the Villas) will better ensure that you have a nice, non-construction view.

However, just for the record, here are a few differences:

Studios at Jambo House (existing AK Lodge) are all located on the 5th floor. The studio has a slightly larger space but most of it occupied by a sink and microvave type kitchentte. A standard club level room has two queens, a qeen and a set of bunks or a king (if you have a bedding preference make sure you advise IPO). The studios are new (the oldest ones not even a year old yet) while the regular rooms have not had any major overhauls since the resort opened 7 years ago. Aside from the aforementioned view issues (and, of course, the club level access and opportunity for the Sunrise Safari), that pretty much covers it.
