Studio Catering reopening

Allears has posted info that when Lights, Motors, Action opens, the Studio Catering eatery will reopen with a new menu [ We were wondering why it was walled off the latter part of 2004] The new meny will include flatbread sandwiches, including cumin spiced lamb kefta with baba ganoush and harissa sauce, tandoori chicken with cucumber raita, and steak gyro-type sandwiches with roasted red pepper hummis, and tomato and onion relish. Sounds like the Morroccan restaurant menu to me.

That's a pretty spicey menu for Morrocan food. Sounds more like Indian, especially the tandoori.

Sounds good either way.

Sounds similiar to items offered (or once offered) at the ABC Commisary.

Yes, I found out that the Spiced lamb kefta is an Algerian dish, and Tandoori would be an Indian dish.

Sounds like a good move for the Studios. They needed more restaurants that offered different items. You can only eat so many pizzas, hot dogs, and chicken strips.
