Student Loan Question

DS18 went online a couple days ago to sign his master promissory note for his student loan. We just got paperwork in the mail for the same information-do we send that back too? Also, online when it asks for the references it says not to list anyone living in the same house but on the paperwork it says that the first references should be a parent or guardian-so which is it ?

I know-the financial aid officer will know this but it is Saturday and they aren't there.

DD did hers online only. I would recommend signing on-line and then calling Monday to see if they require the hard copy. DD said each school does it differently but she only needed to sign online. And everything already went through.

We've done everything online as well. DS's student loans and the Parent Plus loan, didn't receive any paperwork with either. (just what we had to print out)You should be fine with what you've done online.
