WOAH! How has it already been almost a month since I posted my "I'm still alive" update?! Time has gotten away from me like never before!

John has been deployed for a few weeks now. It's been hard, but I have been really busy with the house and work so I'm making the time pass as quickly as possible.

I've got bad news...it looks like the December trip is going to have to be postponed! This really stinks, but I'm okay with it. I would rather save up and take a HUGE trip next summer. Plus, that gives me time to finish my two TRs!

Sorry I haven't updated in so long, or caught up on your TRs! I hope all of you loyal friends are still around. I am going to try to catch up on some comments and looking at a few TRs right now before I head to bed.

I promise, I am back to stay this time! I missed you all too much!

I'm so glad you got your house (finally). Did you have to do a lot of renovating? Or just painting and decorating? Hopefully not too much work, sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now.

Ok, I just went back to your December TR and looked through your links and realized you already posted about the sleigh ride! So I read it again, and now I really want to do that...I wonder if there's a way I can fit that into a 3 day trip...

It's always sad to postpone, but if it means a bigger and better trip, it's worth it!! Glad you are keeping busy, and don't worry about being MIA so much, it makes it easier for me to stay caugt up!

Aww to no December trip, but you're right in that a longer trip will be more fun! I mean, you don't want to spend all that time traveling to only stay for a little bit before having to return. Plus, you won't have to be so cold and buy gloves and hoodies and such!

Hi everyone! Thank you all so much for your kind comments. Please forgive me for not responding to each one individually, but I figured since it's been awhile I would just post a generalized THANK YOU for your support! I promise I have not forgotten about this baby and I won't stop until it's finished!

For the last few weeks I have been working to finish my first TR, which you can find here: "One Step Ahead of the Slowpokes"- A Dec '10/Jan '11 TR It's almost finished, so I really want to focus on wrapping it up. Then I promise I will dedicate all my time to this one!

Well, maybe not all my time... The reason I am so frantic to finish my other TR is because...OUR DECEMBER TRIP IS BACK ON! I am SO happy. I tried to play it all cool when I had to cancel, but I was seriously depressed. Now I am going again December 28- January 3. As of right now we are staying at ASMo, but I'm really hoping I can talk John into a last minute upgrade if any are available. I hate to be picky, but ASMo is not my favorite resort. I would love to at least upgrade to a mod, but we'll have to see. Either way, I'll be at DISNEY in less than a month!

I will post some more information about that trip on this TR soon. For now please feel free to go check out my other report, and I promise I'll be back with an update here very soon!

Sorry Joanie, but I hope your trip never gets here. I want the world to just keep repeating 12/16-12/26 over and over so we never have to leave. Hmmmm....do they still have that Delorean time machine over at Universal? I might have to steal it and keep repeating my vacation.
