Stuck on "Review Booking Details" page

So I'm trying to modify my reservation right now and I'm currently stuck on the "review booking details" page for at least 5 minutes. It says not to refresh or hit the back button. What should I do?!

Now the page has timed out and I didn't get the missing date I was trying to pick up. Hoping it's a glitch and it will come back to the inventory soon since it's saying that the date is now not available.

Ugh! I swear this website is pure junk!!!! I just don't have any nice words to say about Disney IT.

I complained about it in chat today....specifically the issue where the page can crash if you expand the calendar for a resort. Was told "the website is being worked on so it is slow" you can call or email if you want IT to look at your account for issues. Umm, it's not my account. The site is junk. It wasn't great before the "systems" upgrade, but now it is just pure and completely junk.

Can you imagine dealing with Disney IT??? OMG if they are this horrible with a website I can't imagine what their help desk is like

Yes the IT dept is terrible. They did an upgrade last week and now if look for a room when you click Check Availabilty it comes back and says no room are available. Where as before it would show what is available and what has to be waitlisted. But if you up and click Update it will show you what is available. The other issue is looking for availability for tomorrow. After you sign in that calendar it is gray out and wont let you select tomorrow date. But if you pick a different date wait for the screen to show you what is available then go up to the top it will let you select tomorrow date. Who the heck tested this stuff before putting in production Goofy

Update: I waited about 15 minutes after my page timed out and luckily that day had gone back into the inventory. Managed to pick it up after all! Website is still junk though.
