I read someone's trip report that got dealyed on the Eurostar and like with our trains in the UK they compensated her for the delay with a free Eurostar trip! No help to you now; but hopefully will help with your next trip to Mickey.

Just found the girl's trip report who got delayed by the Eurostar

"Once we were out of the tunnel and officially in France, the same lady came on again and once again apologized for the delay and said if we held on to our tickets everyone was entitled to a free return journey! I looked at Ben and was like BOOM TING! As we have already got tickets and hotel for August! We weren’t entirely sure if they meant we would get like a refund for the actual return portion of this trip, or get a whole new free return journey but either way we’d be quids in!

And, I can confirm that it was a free return journey each! I phoned up yesterday and spoke to a reaalllyy lovely lady who’d actually just got back from DLP last week and pretty much made a friend for life! She booked us in on the August bank holiday weekend for FREE saving us an astonishing 238 pounds! Sooooo good, what amazing customer service! I seriously couldn’t thank her enough haha."

We made it two and half hours later although we were told three they squeezed us on the train before . And for the first time ever we hit roadworks coming off but they weren't too bad. So arrived at the explorers three hours later than expected. All good now though - we've been given a bigger room, had 6 hours in the park, managed all our favourite rides and saw Dreams so the magic is still here.
Just a note for anyone coming to the explorers they're currently having a refurb of the reception / restaurant. Just about to have breakfast looking forward to the day )))
