So in the past I have rented from baby wheels Orlando... I made another reservation with them for our next trip because I really liked the company. However... Wondering if I should switch and use one of the disney preferred companies so we can leave the stroller with the front desk.... Has anyone had experience with baby wheels since the change of the preferred vendor?? Anyone use apple strollers... Seems like try have some deal and j can rent for pretty cheap. Thanks!!!

I used Apple a few weeks ago for a double city mini and had no issues except never received drink console and rain cover I asked for, but luckily never needed either anyways and wasn't charged for them so was fine w it. Was also traveling w my sister who had a reservation w Apple for a double as well. We both called about a week out from our trip to confirm everything and was told everything looked good. Apple notified my sister the DAY before we checked in to say they ran out of strollers and they wouldn't be sending one to her resort! All other companies were booked at that point so she was out if luck. Really crappy if you ask me! She has 3 under 8 so was really depending on the double. She asked to talk w mgr and was told they would call her back and of course never did.

I've rented from Magical Strollers twice now and been very pleased with the price, the service, and the strollers. both times we rented double city mini's. It is owned by the same people that have the Owners Lockers and they are approved by Disney.

My family used Baby Wheels last week for our first trip to the house of mouse. We absolutely loved it. They met us personally right as we arrived at the resort. The driver (Tom I believe) showed us how everything worked right down to how to put the rain cover on. When we left, they were there waiting on us. Not once did they seem inconvenienced about it. I was worried that we would be sitting around waiting on them but we did not have to. We even called the day of our pick up to change to a later time and they accommodated with no hassle. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I am not sure why Disney did not choose them as a "preferred vendor" seeing as some of the other companies I saw around the resort had some pretty unacceptable strollers in my opinion.
