Strollers on Water Taxi's

Hoping for an answer here. We're staying at Old Key West in a couple weeks and were curious if one would be able to take the boat to Disney Springs and be able to leave the stroller unfolded. I will be doing work one of the days and my wife would like to the two kids (3 and 9 mos.) over and get some lunch/do some shopping. It would be tough for her to manage to do so having to fold everything up and remove diaper bags and such.

It depends on the boat, the driver, and the crowd. We've been able to leave her in the stroller, leave the stroller open but take her out, or fold the stroller.
