We didn't have any problem getting a stroller on our sold out, 3-night cruise last summer, even though I waited until the morning after embarkation. There is no charge, but a $100 deposit is required. It will be credited back to you when you turn in the stroller. They are standard Graco strollers. The one we got was very dirty. The fabric was grungy, it was full of crumbs, and the padding on the handle was ripped up. I have never seen anyone else mention anything like this, so perhaps we just had bad luck (and maybe got one of the last ones, since we were so late in deciding to get it.) We only used it during dinner. We had late seating, and DD, who was 5 months at the time, just slept in the stroller next to the table during dinner. We brought our own umbrella stroller, which we used on the ship. It was much easier to maneuver through the halls, elevators, etc.
