Bring the stroller.
I always bring my double combi for my girls when we go to Disney. My girls went to WDW 4 times between the ages of 3 1/2 and 4. It is the only time they use the stroller and they both used it and slept in it at times. It was great for carrying stuff as well.
I'm trying to decide if i should bring it for them on our next trip and they will be 5.
