Yes, absolutely. Just wait outside the aircraft door in the jetway (to the side please so that others can pass by). Sometimes it takes a few minutes, so no need to rush out of your seat and off the plane just to have to wait for the stroller to come out.

Be prepared, I've watched them load and unload the gate checked strollers. Don't take an expensive one.
