Last time we went to Disney, my boys were 5 and 2 1/2(well, he turned 5 a week after we went). Needless to say, we had a double stroller. My oldest (our ASD kid) used it more than the toddler. He'd pull the canopy down and have his space for a bit when it became too stimulating. Our youngest rejected strollers before he was two and Disney was no different.
We are planning a trip for January. They will be almost 8 and 5 1/2. I don't think we need a double, BUT if we get a stroller, I want to get one that the oldest can use as well to "get away." My issue isn't the weight - he's super skinny and weighs almost the same as his brother - it's the height. He can fold himself up pretty well (he insists on riding in the car carts at the grocery store, something he is WAY too big for...but he fits.) I don't imagine he'll be in it often, just when he needs some down time. Are there single strollers that are longer than others? We've been out of strollers in normal life for almost 4 years. I have no idea what's out there.
