stroller tag?

I've been reading a lot about putting a tag on your stroller so that it doesn't get "stolen" by anyone else -- and so that you can find it easier in the crowded stroller parking!! I know if you rent one the Disney folks put a tag on it with your last name & the date(s) of your rental.

If you bring your own -- do you use a tag? What info do you have on it?

I bought a nice, laminated luggage tag on eBay. It just had my name and cell phone number on it. I also made a lime green Mickey head tag for the handle with our name, cell #, and resort information.

I think the key is to have a tag that distinguishes your stroller from everyone else's AND if it does get taken by mistake, someone can contact you easily to get it back to you.

I've made my own using powerpoint. The tag basically just said "This stroller belongs to the XXXX Family", used word art to make it "pretty" and added some clipart. Printed out 2 copies in color to makea 2 sided sign, used laminating sheets to keep the pages neat & dry while on the stroller, punched holes in the top and added lots of coordinating curling ribbon to make it very visible. I just use the ribbon to tie it onto the stroller handle. While we are on rides & the stroller is parked with the visor closed, I flip the stroller sign over the top of the visor & your stroller is very visible when you get off the ride. I haven't had any issues with our strollers over the years.

We actually made stroller flags for ours two strollers so that they are easy to spot in the sea of strollers when you exit an attraction. We used those foam products that are widely available now in the craft stores. We just hot glues a flag shaped flat sheet around a dowel and decorated it with our last name and Disney themed 3D stickers. We attach them to the strollers with velcro. They work great.
