Stroller Tag Help ASAP!

So sad, but our stroller tag met it's fate in the rain 2 days before our trip!! If anyone can make a Makenna's Royal Carriage tag I'd really appreciate it. She likes Minnie, Sofia, and the princess' if anyone has any of those.
