I am asking this on behalf of a friend who is going to Disney the first 2 weeks of August. She has two little ones and wants to rent a double stroller. She is concerned because the website says first come first served on the strollers. Has anyone ever been turned away from renting a stroller?
Thanks!

Another option would be to rent from orlando stroller rentals or kingdom strollers. You can find them both on the internet. They deliver it to the resort and it would also be a cheaper option. One downside though is hauling it on the bus.

I bring a stroller but have rented one for a tired older preschooler from time to time. Never had a problem, even in the summer.

However, if she doesn't want to bring her own, I definitely recommend renting from one of these places. The strollers are so much better than those hard plastic Disney ones. It's easy to do. I recommended this to a friend a few months ago, and she was so glad she did this. She rented a double City Mini, and she said it was a lifesaver.

If she doesn't want to bring her own, I would suggest renting from an off site service that one of the PPs mentioned. Yes it is a bit of a pain on the bus, but it can be helpful at the end of the night walking to the bus stops and from the bus to the resort room.
