Stroller rental location and Visa question

I'm staring at my map of DL and can't quite tell if the stroller rental is inside the park (after ticket-takers) or just thru security. Wondering if we can grab our strollers before they let us into the park.
Wondering, also, if anyone has used the Disney Visa 'free stroller' lately? I heard we just have to show our card and we receive a single stroller rental w/o cost?

Inside the park. Go in, turn right, it's there for DL. For DCA, if you're starting there, it's to the left after you're inside.

You can get two free strollers (there are only single strollers at DLR, no doubles at all) per day with the Disney Visa. The only thing is that you have to stand in line every day for it, whereas if you're paying and get a multi-day rental, you only stand in the rental line once, and walk right up to the "stroller giver outer" on the other days.

Just a slight correction to the above, the DCA stroller rental is just inside the gates and to the right, just past the bathrooms. I prefer to rent in DCA as I have never encountered a line there.

DCA Guest Services also tend to be shorter lines. I like DCA for rentals as the line is indoors and cool usually. I usually only wait a few minutes or not at all to get an ECV over there.

You can take strollers and other rentals anywhere in the Esplanade and the two parks as long as you do not go through the security check point. If DCA is closed then you cannot take the stroller or other rental out of Disneyland.
