Stroller Rental & City Hall

I know on Non-MM days that the stroller rentals open early but I was wondering if they open up early on MM days too? I was hoping I could get it before we get into the park like we normally do.

Also is City Hall open when we enter for MM?

I'm not sure about Stroller Rental hours.

City Hall will be open when you enter on an MM morning. Even when you enter early for rope drop.

So you can pick up a stroller b4 you get into the park? Or just past the turnstiles? I know WDW is after you go thru the turnstiles. It would be helpful to get the stroller b4 entering the park. I would also like to know if you can get a stroller for MM.

You get the stroller outside the turnstiles (just to the right if you are coming from the bus drop area not DTD). It is open for MM. We were there from 6/9 - 6/11 and used one all 3 days. We paid ahead so we didn't have to waste time in line, we could just pick them up.

I had no idea that we could pay ahead for the strollers That is so good to know....thank you

Yes I want it before we go into the park, if at all possible!

Very good to know! However, I guess it would defeat the whole purpose of using the GC entrance into DCA if the strollers are near the front entrance.
