Stroller Recommendations

Well, if you already have a stroller you like for your little one you could just buy a small umbrella stroller for your older one. We did that the last time we went (we had a 1 year old and 4 year old) and we just folded up the umbrella stroller and put it in the compartment under the bigger stroller and then pulled it out when we needed it. Just another suggestion if you don't want to buy a whole new big stroller.

Thanks for your input...I thought the sit and stand would work for us but even 6yo dd isn't interested. I don't have the Ergo...I did look it up and it looks interesting. I have tried EVERYTHING as far as carriers go and nothing works as well as the Moby Wrap for us. DS is 17lbs and that seems to distribute the weight pretty well. The Ergo seems to do the same thing so I might just use the wrap I have for the trip when DD needs a break and wants to use the stroller OR we may rent one if necessary :) Thanks again for all your help :)

Hope you had a BLAST on your "firsts" I've been in Calif. my whole life and been to DL more times than I can count...even worked there out of High School. BUT can't say the same for Florida or DW :( Some day :) Thanks for the stroller info...we did rent one last year and DD like it just fine so we might do the same this time around as well. Thanks :)

I know I'm late to the thread, but we used the Sit n Stand that Pooh0200 had a link to, from Target. We had our older two in it, as our youngest wasn't born yet, and it worked awesome. The only drawback I can see with a baby, is if the baby is no longer in an infant carrier, that front seat does not fully recline so the baby can comfortably sleep.

But with my older kids, my oldest child, dd, loved being able to stand in the back and ride. It made it a lot easier to keep track of her, too, in crowded areas, such as through Adventureland.

Given that your dd(6) doesn't want to try the Sit n Stand, I would probably just rent one. It will be less cumbersome, you have extra grownups to help with the pushing, and if she decides she doesn't like it, well, don't rent it the next day. And you wouldn't have carted a huge double stroller to DL for no good reason at all.

Good luck, and have tons of fun for me!

That's actually a GREAT idea...there is TONS of room under the big stoller...thank you :)
