We are going to DL the week after Thanksgiving. Do you think I should get a rain cover for our stroller for just in case, not sure what if any, the rain issues are for then.

If so, do you have any experience with any or can recommend one? We have a Peg Pergo Aria. The one made for it is $30 on amazon, but then they have some by comfy baby for like $12 that should good to. I don't have a clue so any recommendations or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Also, what about rain poncho's? How much do the adults and toddler ones cost at DL? Wondering if they are too expensive and I should buy some from home.

Thanks!!

I live 15 minutes from DLR...I can honestly say that I can't remember any Thanksgiving in my life where it's rained, ever. I'm sure it rains, mostly in Feb and March. I really can't remember it raining in Nov. Maybe someone else can chime in about the stroller covers :goodvibes Unlike Hawaii (which I'm guessing you're from based on your SN) if it rains here, it rains off and on all day. I'm not sure the stroller cover will help much other than to get you out of the park.

I have bought rain covers that go to my strollers and I have just covered them with cheap rain ponchos. I would definetely buy the one that goes with my stroller. It makes a huge difference. You just don't have to fool with it not fitting or covering properly.
I have bought the ponchos at DL. Can't remember exactly how much. I think about 8 dollars or so.
Last trip we brought ones from Walmart about 4 dollars apiece, better made thicker and sturdier. If you have small kids the ponchos at DL work pretty well.

If you're going to bring one, I'd bring the right one for your stroller. Having one that fits is lovely. Ooh I was going ot say that it hadn't rained on us in early December, but it DID. One late afternoon and evening, and it was miserable for DS. He didn't care one bit about the cover, he wanted the hotel. Now that did allow DH and I our first solo times at the park (he took DS to the hotel, then a couple hours later we switched), and that was GREAT, but I've found when it *does* rain in Southern CA, it's miserable!

Oh, and don't ride Screamin' when it rains hard. Those in the know said it feels like needles in the face.

GRR, on the other hand, is just as fun, if a bit colder. :)

Good question. We are going in December but I plan to rent strollers from the park. Anyone have any idea what kind to buy for the Disney strollers?
