I've heard that it's possible to pre-pay stroller rentals so that you can avoid the "pay" line and go right to the "pick up" line when entering the parks. Can anyone confirm this?

This is accurate. You would only stand in the pay line once to purchase all of your tickets and then the following days you would go directly to the pickup line and just present one of the tickets to cover the day.
