Stroller Question, which is right for us?

I know, there are lots of stroller questions, but humor me with one more :). We have a 9 month old baby, he's on the bigger side @ 25lbs. Hoping for some direction for our Decemebr Disney trip, DS will be 15 mos. We will be onsite at the Wilderness Lodge. We currently have the Chicco Cortina travel system. I love it but it is huge, would not consider bringing it. We also have the Chicco umbrella stroller. I got it thinking it would be the Disney stroller, but I don't think it is going to meet our needs. Things we like about it: It's orange. We love the bright color. It folds like an umbrella stroller. Very easy to leave in the car or even throw on the back of the golf cart. Concerns: I already can feel DS's weight in it, it doesn't exactly turn on a dime. We are on the taller side, I am 5'10 and DH is 6'1. DH feels like he is kicking the wheels when he pushes it. Also very little recline, I hope DS will sleep in the stroller, think more recline would help that??
With that info, I am considering the Peg P3 or a Mac. Wondering if anyone would want to weigh in. The P3 looks like a little more stroller for the money, but hearing you all rave about the Macs, I have a bad case of stroller envy :).
Thanks in Advance,
Michelle

We have both the P3 and 2 Mac's we bought htem for WDW i guess it depends on what's important to you the P3 will be no lighter or less bulky than your current stroller yeah it folds like an umbrella but it's all out a mid size stroller and nothing close to the weihgt and fold of a Mac. Macs are light and have other great features but if you're needing more of a sun shade and more of a reclining seat the P3 is the way to go as long as you don't mind lugging it. We took the Peg for our oldest DS for all his trips till he was 3 so we could pull the shade over him for naps and it was squishier and had a tray which was invaluable for his drinks and eating on the go. We use a Mac for him now mainly b/c he's in and out 10 times an hour and only rides out of exhaustion, but it doesn't offer enough sun protection for our baby IMO.

This is what I did. I headed to Babies R Us and pushed, folded, and inspected everyone until I came to a decision. I chose the Maclaren Quest Mod. If your baby is bigger the padding extends down behind the legs for extra comfort. It was easy to turn and very comfortable for me to push (but I am only 5ft 5 in).

The down side of the Chico, the bars were in the way of the mesh basket! unless you have very little to place down there I wouldn't advise it. I found it uncomfortable to reach in that basket.

Happy Hunting! :)

Important things to me were storage and how high the handles set. We got a cheap one for the trip. I worked well for us, but only has been used for our two disney trips. Not as light as I would like, but lighter than the nice one we have and much better than the umbrella. I would not recommend this stroller really. (some cheap thing from BabiesRus. ) but it did do it's purpose for us.
