Stroller pick-ups at both parks?

Where do you pay and pick up strollers at Universal and IOA? Can you go park to park with the receipt like Disney? How big are the strollers? Thanks

Stroller rentals are to the left shortly after you enter the gates of both parks. You can take your stroller from one park to another. Sorry, I can't remember the comparison in size from WDW to Universal.

We rented one at IOA back in November...they were, I believe, $1 more a day than Disney and the strollers were the same.
