Stroller parking and lockers

How is the stroller parking at Universal. Is there stroller parking at each ride like disney or will we have to park then ride a few rides then backtrack. Where are the locations of both the free and pay only lockers? We are going in Jan and we plan on riding the water rides so we will need a change of clothes.

There are places to park in front of each attraction. Free lockers are in front of each ride they are necessary for. Paid lockers for water rides are located in front of them, again. There are also lockers at the front of the parks.
