Stroller or Backpack?

We will be bringing at least one stroller (Maclaren Techno for our dd 9 months). Our other dd (turning 5 at the park) doesn't normally use a stroller, but I'm sure will need one at WDW. Maclarens or jogging strollers are about the only ones she'll fit in. We have a couple of options: 1) buy a second stroller for $99 (Maclaren Volo), or 2) put baby in backpack carrier and let older dd ride in Techno to and from the parks, then put the backpack in a locker, baby in the Techno, and rent a single stroller for older dd. Any thoughts?

If you think DD needs a stroller in the parks, I would go ahead and buy the 2nd stroller, rather than rent a stroller AND a locker. You could buy a cheap umbrella stroller to use for the 9 month old and let DD5 use the Techno all the time. But maybe DD5 would only need the stroller to get to and from the park and could walk inside? If you think that is lilkely, it might make sense just to rent a stroller if you need it. DS20 mos hardly used the stroller inside the parks, except Epcot. He wanted to be able to walk and see everything.
