Is it a good idea to bring a small umbrella stroller on the Fantasy? Or is it more hassle than it is worth? I keep hearing about how much bigger the Fantasy is compared to the Magic and Wonder. We have never cruised with a baby before, so I am not sure if it would be wise to bring it or if it would be left untouched in our room for the week.

I've seen them used at dinner time - you have to wait in a line to get into the restaurant - and some children sleep in them through dinner

A small stroller is okay but be aware that the cabin doors are narrow, any kind of extra wide or large wheeled stroller won't fit through the doorway.

A small umbrella stroller is a good idea. A big stroller is not, and if you want a big stroller on an excursion, Guest Services has some to loan. Also, on Castaway Cay, you can use a wagon.

Small stroller--fits thru door, likely to be able to find space in elevator, and stores easily in your cabin. Large stroller--can store in bathtub, MAYBE under bed (please don't leave it in the hall--in addition to it possibly growing "legs," it is in the way of the stateroom hosts with their carts, guests needing mobility assistance devices, etc). Large is difficult to fit into elevators with other guests, and many models will not fit thru the cabin doors.

We saw/walked around a couple of strollers in the hall on the Fantasy a few weeks ago. So annoying. There's not enough room in the hallways for that!

Umbrella strollers work great. I wouldn't bring anything bigger than that. We brought it for the airports and a couple days at Disney and had planned on just storing it under the bed but used it more than we thought. Our daughter was 11 months and our son was 4, they sort of took turns with it. Our daughter fell asleep on several walks and even the walk to the beach at CC.

How many does guest services have? Is it easy to get one or do they run out quickly? I've been debating bringing ours and it might be nice to leave it home and just borrow one for a couple of the ports. How/when do I reserve or request them?

We were once taken to a conference room behind GS on the Magic....there were hundreds of strollers in a storage room! Sure, they can run out, but I haven't heard of it.

Yes, people parking strollers in the hall are a real pain--they paid for a cabin, not for a parking space in the hall. And, while it is a pain for everyone, it is nearly impossible for a guest in a wheelchair. Reality--the "pusher" has to move their stroller in order to get the chair around it...but you don't want to mess with their personal property...but it shouldn't be there anyhow....you get the picture. And I have seen teens messing with them!
