Stroller ideas?

3 kids: 5,3,1 years old. A double and a regular Graco? Umbrellas? Help? Really don't want to pay for rental

I would just bring the double. The older two won't want to be in it all the time so they can take turns rising in it to rest. I have four kids 7, 5, 3 and soon to be 1 and we are only bringing 1 double stroller.

How about a double and a carrier of some sort? At 1 and under, my kids hung out in the sling most of the time. At 5 and up, two of the three kids didn't need the stroller. (The one who does needs it for sensory reasons so also consider reasons other than endurance).
