Stroller Help - Baby Jogger City Elite Single

Was thinking about getting one of these for our Disney trip this summer but wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this stroller especially at Disney.

I'd be buying it for my 5 and 6 year old to use during our 13 day trip (10 park days). They'll rotate turns riding in it having them walking half the day and riding half the day.

My biggest concern is the stroller weight and the size when folded. We'll be using the buses during the entire trip and don't want something that will be really difficult to manage on the buses and in the crowds.

We need a high weight limit stroller as our 5 year old is 50 pounds and our 6 year old is 65 pounds...they are both tall and solid. I was thinking we'd keep it two years (3 Disney trips) at the most and then sell it hopefully getting back a good portion of what we spent on it.

If you have any experience with this stroller especially with larger kids I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

We have an Elite double, which we brought to Disney this past February for our then 6 month old and 2 1/2 year old. I am completely in love with this stroller and am even thinking about trading in my City Classic single for an Elite single to compliment the double for when my eldest doesn't want to ride in the stroller or if I take the baby out by herself. The double is extremely easy to fold and is not too heavy (and of course the single is even lighter). We had no problems getting it on the monorail or the buses.

It is also the Best stroller out there for tall kids. My 2 year old is already 42 inches and 41 lbs, so it was important for us to have something for tall kids.

I have this exact stroller for my now 7 yr old. We bought it when she was 5 and have taken it on 5 trips to WDW. I LOVE this stroller. It is amazingly easy to fold, you literally pull on a seat strap and lift, you can do it with 2 fingers. It is about the same weight as any other single stroller and folds pretty flat. I took my dd on two solo trips and was able to lift it on and off the trams and busses by myself (and I am 5'1" and tiny-not a weight lifter by any means ). DD is tall 52" and 53lbs and still fits comfortably in the stroller.

This stroller is a BREEZE to navigate and steer among the crowds, you seriously can push it with a finger and it turns on a dime even with your kid in it. The adjustable handle is also great for parents of differing heights, dh and I are over a foot apart and both can adjust to push it comfortably.

This is the stroller my mom bought me in 2007 when I found out I was pg with ds now 2. part of the reason we went with baby jogger is I have a dd who is now 8 and she could ride in it.

I love mine and it is great, especially since now that ds was diagnosed with an ASD it is his safe place on trips

I do not have the elite but I do have the city classic and I LOVE it. We used it in Disney last year for my 5 yr old and then we had a smaller umbrella type for our just 2 year old. Our 5 yr old is tall but skinny only 35 lbs. Anyway, it was great, it is such a smooth ride and so easy to get around the other people and lines. It is wonderful ! it reclines completely, the hood is great. My husband is 6'7" I am 5'2" so the adjustible handle is wonderful. It is one of the few strollers my husband can use without kicking the back. The basket is great and it has a mesh bag like basket as well. The only down side to mine is the lack of cup holder. The elite may have that though.
Also folding it is super quick and easy, it is a little heavy, but really a similar weight to any other stroller like this. It was very easy to get on and off the buses.
