My DS3 is wide I have a Peg Pergo P3 right now but he looks so squished in it. Any suggestions? He is 43 pounds just built like a football player.

TIA!

You could rent a double stroller at Disney. I like renting because there is alot of room for other things on it, and you get to drop it off at the gate.

I thought of that but we are going to be there for 2 weeks it would be a lot to rent a stroller.

We did it for 10 days for our 6 year old. I kind of just mentally figured the cost in as one of the 'evils' of traveling. I also felt bad for the parents struggling with big strollers on the buses. One guy's stroller broke and his wife completely ignored him. He looked like he could have cried.

Sorry, but one more thing. I know Disney has put out some new rules about what they will allow in the park. I heard that strollers any bigger than the ones they rent are not allowed. And pretty much anything else that has wheels (coolers, shoes with wheels) are no longer allowed. Just FYI

I have a 40lb 3yr old. I just bought a Macleran Volo over the weekend specifically for our trip to Disney. I wanted something he'd be comfy in and that we could use in the airport and around the hotel. I love the stroller! I've used it a couple times already. Very light, he's comfy in it, and it's very easy to stear. My 6-year-old dd also sat in it and was fine. Not at all cramped.

We bought a Maclaren Quest. It has the deepest seat and is wide enough for a bigger child. My 4 year old is 56lbs and has wide shoulders as well. He is very tall for his age. He loves this stroller. I took him with me to pick it out. He tried alot of strollers (some even more expensive!) and he kept going back to that one. We took it to Disney twice already and it was great. princess:

The joggers with the bicycle type tires hold alot more weight than any others seem to give a whole lot of room for wide shoulders and long legs.

We have a Maclaren Techno XT. We bought it specifically for Disney since it was lightweight and easy to use, plus it had a full recline (our son still napped in the stroller when we bought it).

He's 4 yo and only about 36 lbs but he's really long. Since the Mac holds well up to 50 lbs, I figure he'll age out of the stroller before he grows out of it.

I think it's well worth the investment for slightly larger kids (or smaller ones that will get longer use out of it).
