We won't be using a stroller and will be gone before you arrive, but you might want to include some logistics to your idea. Are you saying one person would use it the first half of the day and you use it the second half? I'm a bit confused how that would work.

I'm confused too. Are you referring to the stroller swap policy where one parent waits with a child in the stroller while the other parent goes on the ride with the rest of the family then the parents trade places?

I'm guessing it's something like one person brings a stroller, then hands it off to another (or leaves it at the bell desk) for another to use on their trip, who then leaves it for another... It's a nice idea, but you have to have a stroller to start it, and a good record-keeping trail to figure out where it goes and who it gets left for next. I think Disneydaz has some sort of mini-fridge swap at WDW.
