Stroller Delivery to Disneyland Resorts Under New Disney Policy

My family has traveled to DLR many times, and we've always rented a stroller from CIty Strollers for drop-off at our resort hotel. It seems like their system is not adapting well to Disney's new restrictions (no more storage at bell services, must be present for drop-off, etc.). In recent correspondence, they mentioned we could use DLR's "preferred vendor." I know WDW selected a preferred vendor for scooters and I believe strollers, but I had not heard DLR had done the same? Does anyone know who that preferred vendor might be? My understanding is the preferred vendor can still drop-off and pick-up at bell services, so I'm interested in at least exploring their pricing/selection/availability. But, I'm not finding anything online about who that vendor might be?

Yes, DLR has also gone the route of an exclusive featured vendor. It’s the same as WDW - ScooterBug. Other vendors should be able to meet you in person, but I’m not familiar with the local Anaheim maybe some have opted not to do so.
