Stroller as wheelchair at Universal?

DS is Autistic and was wondering if we can use his stroller as a wheelchair like we do in Disney? Can we bring it thru the lines with us so it is easier for DS to be comfortable? Do they give you a tag to put on the stroller like Disney to identify it as a wheelchair? Debating our first Universal trip with DS.

We used a special needs stroller at universal. I can not remember them putting a sticker on like Disney does, but they gave us a pass that showed we could use it in lines. Hope you guys have a blast!!!!!!!
