Just the other day I lugged:
1. Rick Steves soft-sided bag on my back (it has straps so it can be a backpack, though a HUGE backpack)
2. old soccer gear bag carried by the handles
3. baggallini
4. medium-ish Rick Steves carryon bag stuffed to the gills
while dealing with:
1. a folded-up Volo and a
2. son who didn't seem to care that we were in a hurry, it was starting to rain, we were going to be late for our bus, but who DID care about Every Single Rock and Stick that we passed by.
If I can do all that, you can do your plan!

I read that in your TR and I am not quite sure how you managed, I don't think I could do it.
