striped bass cooking suggestions

my family caught a bunch of striped bass and we would like to know how to cook it. My dh is fond on seafood however it needs some kind of a sauce on it. any suggestions??

On the grill with lemon butter! YUM!

Yes, definitely grill it. I love striped bass! I like to make a sauce for it by sauteeing a couple cloves of garlic in some butter, then stirring in some dijon mustard, cracked black pepper, and lemon juice. I add some fresh thyme if I have any on hand.

The old fashioned, fisherman's, way....
dredged in a cornmeal based mix, and fried up in the pan. (a little homemade tartar sauce please!)

Bass is just SO good, no matter what you do with it!
